TOASTMASTER 🎙️
An important role on the wedding day, which requires good preparation, control and a good dose of charm. To ensure that the dinner and all transitions flow smoothly, Nina is the right hand of all our toastmasters. Both during planning and the actual implementation.
Toastmaster Magnus Søndenå @magnus_sondena had everything in place, and we had a nice collaboration in the months leading up to the wedding of Moa Högdahl & Simen Schønningsen. Here is what Magnus has to say about the collaboration with Prosjekt Bryllup:
"Projekt Bryllup was wonderful to work with! Their experience and expertise was invaluable during the preparations, especially for a first-time toastmaster.
Prosjekt Bryllup was helpful from the start! They took away a lot of the stress and pressure that comes with being a toastmaster at a wedding
- Across professionals"
🫶🏼 Suppliers
The feedback we get says that it is good to have a wedding planner and good suppliers to have a seamless planning and successful celebration 🫶🏼
But the ones who really create the good atmosphere and are a very important success factor during the wedding weekend are you and your guests 🤍
It warms our hearts to see so much joy, emotion and love at our weddings.
The wedding in today's reel is no exception 🫶🏼
Here there was so much love and a close-knit family and handball family that we are completely moved to think back 🤍
APPTIZERS 🦪
The time of sausage at ESSO between weddings and dinner is long over here at home too, fortunately.
But aperitivo as it is made in southern Europe is another step up.
These 60-90 minutes between the wedding and dinner, which allows the guests to mingle while they are served snacks and drinks at the bar, is something everyone should include in the implementation of their wedding day.
Here from @moahogdahl Moa & Simen @ simenschonningsen 's aperitivo in Jerez last summer 🧡
What exactly is a bespoke wedding?
It is a wedding designed and produced especially for you.
To meet their demands, wishes and fulfill their dreams for the wedding weekend.
No obligation to use any of the venues or suppliers we already work with, but freedom to choose exactly the ones that feel right for you 🫶🏼
By working with tailoring, a good and clear dialogue is also required between the planner and the bride and groom to look after you throughout the process.
Curious about tailoring with us? Send us a DM 👋🏼
Preparations
Set aside plenty of time and spend it with your loved ones. With a stomach full of butterflies, it is important to enjoy the calm and not stress. Take it easy and enjoy yourself and get the best possible start to a long day that ends up as LIFE'S BIGGEST PARTY 🍸
@moahogdahl Moa & Simen @ simenschonningsen a beautiful vineyard in Jerez de la Frontera where the whole wedding celebration took place. And they had their 20 closest friends living with them at the vineyard 🫶🏼
Tomas Erdis
A good start to the day is always preferable - and you should definitely have that on your wedding day!
In March, we were with Aina & Jan in Copenhagen for a taster and trial lessons before their wedding in May. Everything was absolutely fantastic until we got to hair and makeup 🙈 Both Nina and the bride soon knew that this was not right, the energy was not good and the stylist did not deliver to expectations...
5 minutes after she was out of the room, Nina called Tomas @ tomaserdismakeup - the most beautiful soul, the most skilled makeup artist and our rock 🫶🏼
Tomas gave us his last free Saturday this spring/summer. And saved the (wedding) day.
Tomas ensured that Aina and her groomsmen got the best start to the day. And not least a fantastic result 🤍
Here are some photos from this lovely morning at @villacph in May.
And you, by all means - don't forget food and drink this morning either 🍣
CPH 🇩🇰
By having good timetables and transitions, we also ensure that you avoid dead spots on your wedding day.
Here in Copenhagen, the guests were transported from the church to the venue by bus. There, @gregers_music was ready with his jazz quartet and ensured a good atmosphere 🫶🏼
@mielckehurtigkarl served lovely aperitivo and drinks on this sunny day in Fredriksberg.
There were a lot of children at this wedding, so we set up toys for them on the lawn so that the time was not too long.
The bride and groom also chose to serve the wedding cake from @torte_cph before dinner, accompanied by lovely champagne from @mielckehurtigkarl 🍰
Do you plan yourself? 👉🏼 Make sure to plan the day, times, content and transitions well, avoid dead ends and create a good structure for the wedding day. Let this be the day and party that goes down in history 🍾
